Scheduled appointment the day I went to the dealership. Check in process was a JOKE! The attendant EVA had NO IDEA why I was there. Didn’t look at my history which we had been to the dealership for 3 previ Check in process was a JOKE! The attendant EVA had NO IDEA why I was there. Didn’t look at my history which we had been to the dealership for 3 previous times. EVA kept repeating “I hope that we can get to your car today”- this was the response no matter how I asked what time the car would be ready. I asked to reschedule so I could be guaranteed an assessment at the very least! She just ignored me. My husband was so agitated he had to walk out of the service department!! I left very angry as well! I NEVER received the check in text that usually occurs after you leave your car. I was Promised a call prior to repair- NEVER OCCURRED! I was NEVER told my car was ready. I had to call to check on the status at 5 PM and spoke to another attendant. When I came to pick up my car at 8:40 PM, no paperwork was at the clerks office. EVA showed up at the payment window, made excuses, I told her how disappointed I was and she turned around and walked away! Hawk Ford has really lowered their standards!! I am extremely dissatisfied!
