Great service with some slight shortcomings Kathleen was great to deal with. She helped me retrieve some items from my vehicle later in the day. Brian helped me from start to finish. I’ve had excellent service in the past. I had recently had my alignment done through Hawk Ford and then someone rearended me. I wanted to bring to Hawk for body repairs since I’ve had such great service had my alignment done through Hawk Ford and then someone rearended me. I wanted to bring to Hawk for body repairs since I’ve had such great service in the past. insurance would not cover getting alignment again. They stated that it should be under warranty through Hawk. I went back and forth with both the insurance and Hawk and my alignment is off, I had just had it done. I’m disappointed that Hawk didn’t cover it since it was just recently done and the collision was minor defined by your standards. You’ve lost my business now. More
