My car was not fixed properly after 4 weeks in the shop I bring my car to Hawk Ford because I like the body shop very much and they do excellent work. My car was in an accident. It was in the body shop for I bring my car to Hawk Ford because I like the body shop very much and they do excellent work. My car was in an accident. It was in the body shop for 4 weeks. When I got my car back my check engine light and other lights are on on the dashboard that were not prior to the accident. There were other items that we're missed and not fixed properly. I brought this to the body shop in a service Department's attention and they told me that I may have to pay for the repairs and it may not be covered in the insurance quote., and I thought how could they return the car not fix property and would check engine lights on that will not on before.. anyway they had my car over another two weeks maybe even longer and I finally got it fixed in the insurance covered everything but all in all it was kind of a nightmare. Although they did a beautiful job on the Body Work...but the customer service is not good here More
