Follow Up Necessary I’ve found that when I bring my car in for service at Hawk Ford, the only way to reach someone in regards to the status of my car, I must call incessa I’ve found that when I bring my car in for service at Hawk Ford, the only way to reach someone in regards to the status of my car, I must call incessantly and speak to at least 3 people to get the entire story. Unfortunately, we’re in an area of limited options as far as dealerships, so I continue to return, even though the level of communication has been significantly lacking since they changed their service staff about 2 years ago. 2017 Ford Explorer I brought it in for some concerns I had. I was told by my service writer that there would be no charge if I decided not to do the work. She gave me th I brought it in for some concerns I had. I was told by my service writer that there would be no charge if I decided not to do the work. She gave me the part numbers so I could possibly do the work myself as it seemed simple. When my wife picked up the truck she was charged $75! I called back and spoke to the service writer who told me that she made a mistake and was now charging me $75! Seriously? $75 for some part numbers? $75 after you lied to me and scammed me to get my car back untouched? I will never visit nor will I refer anybody to Hawk Ford! What a total and complete rip off! More
