Called multiple times to get an update, but never got through. Had to leave name and number with customer service agent for a call back, but never received one. Called every hour since 12, but no one got through. Had to leave name and number with customer service agent for a call back, but never received one. Only received a call then, and was told they were never informed about my inquiries. Cathy, the advisor, was the only kind and helpful person towards the end that helped explain what may of happened. Will not be going back though. This was only to take a half day to fix, and we even left the car night before to make it easier, but 645 we get the call to pickup. No explanation of what was wrong or happening. More

Worst service dept I have ever experienced and it start at the top with the service manager. My F350 was rushed int Hawk only to sit for a week before I has to get it towed to another repair shop.
