Overall just upset with the visit. I took the day off from work to bring my vehicle in for a transmission check however I was unaware that I had to leave my vehicle for a few days beca I took the day off from work to bring my vehicle in for a transmission check however I was unaware that I had to leave my vehicle for a few days because they were backed up and behind as he said so when I asked if I would have a loaner vehicle he then told me he couldn’t provide any because they didn’t have any vehicles left and then I had to take it upon myself and go to enterprise and get my own vehicle so technically they were trying to leave me for a few days without a vehicle. I had an appointment made particularly for transmission and ended waiting 2-3 hours just to inspect a knocking noise under driver side. They want helpful at all or trying to see if we can figure something out with how I can go about the transmission work . More
