Rich was never in contact with me. When I asked about getting a rental car he told me they didn’t have any. I asked someone else while I was waiting, and was informed they did indeed have loaners, he nev getting a rental car he told me they didn’t have any. Which is fine, but Rich didn’t let me know. I called numerous times to find out about my car and never heard back from him, left voicemails daily, and nothing. So finally I asked to speak to his supervisor who let me know the part was being ordered, just would be a while. Which is completely fine, because I finally knew what was going on. More
