They tried to charge me $2000 to replace a sensor. I ordered the part for 125 and plugged it in. Fixed! They also tried to charge me to even look at the vehicle when they specifically told me there wou ordered the part for 125 and plugged it in. Fixed! Was told I needed new tires because treads were too low, but your mechanic’s tread readings were well within the acceptable levels on the chart hanging in the waiting room. When I pointed this out to the tech, he responded with “well eventually they will need to be replaced.” You tried to get me to do over $1K in unnecessary repairs rather than have me do so later when these issues were real. I will never return as a result. More

Another great experience at Hawk ford of oak lawn. I visited Hawk on way home from work I had 2 tires that lossed 10psi of air. They were able to assist me right away and checked all 4 tires.
