Ist experience with Hawk Ford I took my 2018 Ford F-250 to Hawk for a routine oil change. Hawk Ford wasn't the nearest Ford dealership to but I read reviews on surrounding Ford loc I took my 2018 Ford F-250 to Hawk for a routine oil change. Hawk Ford wasn't the nearest Ford dealership to but I read reviews on surrounding Ford locations and Hawk had the best review. I bought my vehicle in North Riverside but didnt wanna travel that far to get an oil change, being that I live in Chicago. My vehicle was thoroughly checked out and the service was fairly quick. Wow, the first time I waited like 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room and that was with an appointment. They even took the rebate off right when I paid so I wouldn’t have to do it online.
