Elizabeth, and Sales manager, started out nice, trying to be helpful. Then, the price gouging, add ons started with the bill of sales adding $9,000+ in packing the contract with add ons. I was shocked and felt discriminated, and thought as a fool. I was ready to purchase, had my check book, any documents I may need just in case. I ended up buying a Toyota Highlander, Limited Platinum from a competitor. Buyer beware of this dealership tactics, and unprofessionally demeanor. More

On purchase day, no floor mats (delayed delivery due to holiday was explanation given). If it weren't for this issue, I would have given 5 stars. More
