Mr. John Mooney, I am sorry to hear about your wife being upset with your son's deployment. As I understand it the situation is as follows. You came in on Thur. March 8th and signed a deal for a new Terrain. At that time you also signed 2 forms, 1 a deposit form and 2 a dealer trade form. These 2 forms detailed that if you failed to pick up the vehicle the dealer could keep up to the amount in damages we took. Friday we purchased a Terrain from another dealer for just under $30,000. In purchasing that vehicle we had to purchase 2 tanks of gas, a transport driver, and a full detail. On Saturday we were informed by you that you would be coming by on Monday to pick up the vehicle. Later that day we received information that you purchased a vehicle from Anthony Buick GMC. On Monday you informed J.C. you would not be taking the vehicle due to your son's deployment costing to much money. JC offered to pay for your son's plane ticket ($900) to which you declined. Unfortunately because the dealerships total damages exceed the amount of your initial deposit there will be no refund issued. If you would like copies of these forms or if I have any of my details incorrect please contact me.

1. J.C. NEVER offered me to pay for the plane ticket! 2. I only purchased a new vehicle from another dealer after the way I was treated. 3. The only thing J.C. offered was to sue me. As for my son and wife, I wasn't lying about that. But what I didn't relise was how difficult it was for me. So after what J.C. did to me, I really didn't want to deal with it. That's why I went somewhere else and I came back 2 days later and talked with the salesman Dan. And he told me he understood and didn't blame me. I'm sorry if there were any miscommunications, but that's the way it went, so if you want to return my deposit that would be great and if not, good luck to you. I also know that you won't loose any money from the vehicle you got for me, it will sell.
