I hate shopping for cars, I do not want to be pressured, deal with all the paperwork or hassel of buying a car. John was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. We took the time to review the car specifics, did a test drive, looked at the other cars on the lot and reviewed my options. He made it easy and breezed right through the paperwork. I was keeping my old car and so I had a problem of having two cars to get home, "no problem", he drove my car home for me. That IS full service! More

They thankfully did give me my depost back of $500. I went to another dealer In Elgin and got a better finance rate and a better car for only $8 more a month. This dealership looks beautiful on the inside and out, but beware....Looks mean nothing! The biggest gift I got here was them letting me walk out without even trying to offer me a better deal. More
I had put off shopping for a car for over 2 years because I didn't want to deal with high pressure sales. I was talked into stopping by the Mazda dealer and what a pleasant surprise! When I arrived Gabriel greeted us and asked if he could help. I asked to test drive the CX5. Gabe explained the many features of the car, and we went for a drive on the test track (super fun!). I left that night with a brochure. There was no pressure to buy that day. A week later, I returned to the dealership to purchase the car. Gabe was patient and easy to work with through the process. His knowledge about the car and no pressure style made buying a car a great experience. The dealership also worked hard to locate the exact car I wanted. More

The last time Continental Mazda has very friendly, helpful staff that I feel I can trust to give me an honest assessment of my car's service needs. The last time I brought my car in for service, they noticed that my wheels were quite dirty. So, in addition to the regular car wash that comes with service, they also cleaned the wheels and put ArmorAll on the tires free of charge. Now, there are a lot of places with people qualified to work on my car, but it is small things like this that make me feel like a valued customer and will keep bringing me back to that dealership for service. More

I was visiting the car showrooms generally in Naperville and happened to go into Mazda. Dennis received me outside the showroom very cordially and from thereon spent nearly an hour with me - explaining and happened to go into Mazda. There was no pressure or obligation whatsoever. Dennis was very professional and friendly throughout the visit. Made me feel very relaxed. I thought I had a good time looking at a couple of new vehicles @ my pace! I thought my overall experience of visiting the Mazda showroom in Naperville, IL was great and enjoyable. John Norman was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable and friendly. I made it clear what I wanted, the price range and I was leaving for school so I needed to make a deal very quick and he was able to do and friendly. On the test drive and through the entire experience he made sure to explain everything on my new Mazda 3 Hatchback. I also loved after the purchase he made sure to show me where to go for services and also sent a followup email to make sure everything turned out excellent--which it has. We have purchased multiple cars from this dealer and once again we were highly satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealer as well as John to help them through the whole process. Thank you!!
