Since I was in sales management for many years, Rob set the stage with me, the potential customer, as I would want him to do if I owned the business. We inspected the used pickup and Rob pointed out the beneficial features as it related to my intended use to pull a camper. After a test ride which was adequate to show the street and highway performance, we sat down to discuss terms of a sale. Rob convinced me to consider trading in the van I owned. After Napleton put together a financial transaction proposal, I decided that pickup truck would not fit in my garage and I would have walk away from the deal.
