Turned around my idea of what car-buying is like! 4 years ago, I bought a pre-owned car at another dealer and was really taken advantage of because of my naivety. Because of that, I was determined not to be taken advantage of again, and did tons of research and prework to try to protect myself. I walked into this dealer with a chip on my shoulder, feeling like I was going into a battle I was sure I would somehow end up losing again. I was introduced to Chris Alverson, who completely changed my mind about what car-buying could be like. He was genuinely trying to get me into the right vehicle for me despite some challenges with my trade-in, and he had an incredible amount of patience with my nerves and reluctance to sign anything until I was sure I was getting both a good deal and the perfect car for my family. Today I drove away in a perfect car for my growing family, and I honestly feel like he worked with me to get me the very best deal he could. I am so grateful, and will definitely be back for my next vehicle and my maintenance. I also worked with David in Delivery and Bill in finance, both of whom were very friendly and did not pressure me into things I didn't want.
