I can not express strongly enough how unhappy I am with this dealership. Buy a car ANYWHERE else.My story: I found a used car I wanted. I gave my Sales Person Kamil Olechino $5000.They had agreed to fix this dealership. Buy a car ANYWHERE else.My story: I found a used car I wanted. I gave my Sales Person Kamil Olechino $5000.They had agreed to fix a few items prior to us picking it up. Out of nowhere I received a text from Kamil informing me that someone else sold the car. They had sold the car out from under me. I was furious! The manager, Andrew spoke with me and apologized and said he would make it right and woukd look for another comparable car. He asked to allow him until Wednesday to find a suitable car.I said yes.He never called me back. I called and a left a message on Thursday and no email or call back. I followed up on Saturday and left another message with a manager names Bryce and the used car department manager and neither ever called me back. It has been 8 days. The WORST car buying experience I have EVER had. More

I came in for a simple recall on the airbags. It ended up being a total of 4 appointments spanning over a 10 week period to get my airbags replaced. When I made the original appointment I was clear on what I being a total of 4 appointments spanning over a 10 week period to get my airbags replaced. When I made the original appointment I was clear on what I needed, and I made the appointment for a week away so they could get parts. They did not order parts and I was not called, so I was sent away and called back in a week later. On appointment 2, I waited 5 hours when I was told it would take 2 hours. Then I found out that only the passenger side airbag was replaced. They claimed to have ordered the correct parts, but recieved 2 passenger side airbags. They assured me that it wouldn't be long before they could finish. Over a month later I had to call them to see if my part was in. The following day they managed to find the time to call me back. They claimed that they ordered it but had no idea when it would be there. 2 days later I was called to make another appointment. This time I was told 1.5 hours, but 3 hours later the job still isn't done. They claimed the part was faulty and they needed to order a new one. Amazinging it only took 2 days for the part to arrive and finally today I have working airbags. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealership for anything in the future! More

Bait and Switch.... I made an appointment to view a 2020 Ram which was on their web site and I confirmed with their staff on both the night prior and the day of the appointment 10/20/20 that the truck was i Ram which was on their web site and I confirmed with their staff on both the night prior and the day of the appointment 10/20/20 that the truck was in the store and available for purchase. This was done through text and email. After an hour drive I was promptly informed by the salesman and the manager that the truck had been sold a week prior and the had a 2021 to show me which was a much more expensive upsell. If it wasn't a bait and switch which seems obvious then at the very least the level of incompetence in their inventory control and customer service should give anyone pause. R.
