Terrible customer service. I made an appointment in advance. Brought my car for service 08/19/14. One of my seats did not fold. They respond to your call on 1st or 2nd ring and I made an appointment in advance. Brought my car for service 08/19/14. One of my seats did not fold. They respond to your call on 1st or 2nd ring and that’s where great customer service ends. These people had my car for 5 1/2 hours. I called first time 2 hours after I left my car, left message – no response. Second call 3 hours after I left my car, left message again – no response. 3rd time I called service department manager, left message – no response. I had to work next day and I have no car and do not know what is going on. I rode a bike to get my car back and 2 min before arrival they called me and told me they have to order a new part. They had my car for 5 ½ hours. They just want to take your car regardless how busy they are and they do not care you most likely need your car. They do not respond back to you, etc. I was without car half of the day. They could schedule my appointment later that week or next week, take a look at it then do part ordering and fix it later. Did not leave my car with them will take to another dealer. This is my first and last experience with this dealership. More

I have had my Chrysler in for service 4 times in 2 months for the same issue with no resolution. I was forced to drive hours out of my way to another dealership only to have them tell me that Napleton put a for the same issue with no resolution. I was forced to drive hours out of my way to another dealership only to have them tell me that Napleton put a faulty battery in my car. This is completely unaccetpable. More
My husband called and made an appointment for a recall for his car after receiving a letter from Jeep. He brought in his car and the service person (Eric) told him that there was no recall and that he di for his car after receiving a letter from Jeep. He brought in his car and the service person (Eric) told him that there was no recall and that he didn't know what he was talking about. He even went to the point to prove he was right by showing him a screen. We received a letter from the dealer in regards to the recall and my husband had a number that he could call if there was any problems. He spoke to a woman who called Eric and Eric claims he made a mistake and had put in the wrong car info. My husband asked him to make sure he did put in the right car and that is when Eric became hostile and argumentative. My husband called him back and now Eric instead of apologizing has blamed my husband once again for his mistake. Very unprofessional and rude. More
The customer service is fast and courteous. We would definitely return to Napleton's Des Plaines Dealer for sales and service.
