Talked to sales gal on the phone told her I lived 3 hour's away and just wanted a honest evaluation of the car before driving down , she said it was perfect except for a 1 inch scratch on passenger doo hour's away and just wanted a honest evaluation of the car before driving down , she said it was perfect except for a 1 inch scratch on passenger door. I get there ( 60 ) dollars worth gas later only to see the 2025 Genisis G70 scratched up from front to back, Rust on the door trim & after driving a bad vibration she said it was from a flat spot on the tires and would work it's way out , lie ! Then said it passed their rigorous safety inspection, lie ! The rear brake rotor had deep grooves in it from metal rubbing on metal. The wheels had serious curb rash. She also had the paper work all ready to go when I arrived for the test Drive, ran my credit without my permission. Who does business like this ? Did not apologise just lie after lie . I'm sure if I were to call upper brass to file complaint they could care less. What a sorry way to run a business. More

I only picked one star because I could not pick zero stars. This dealership is poor at Best, their service manager is a real xxx who talks down to people and acts like he knows more than anyone in the p stars. He was wrong on so many occasions with the car that we took in to get repaired. They kept it for almost 2 months and never fixed anything. Never buy a Volkswagen from this dealership. When I say never, I mean, never. We bought an ID4 brand new, yet the only technician that they have to work on it as a kid that looks to be about 15 years old. They have no idea how to do much of anything, they had a problem, even getting it to connect to the Internet and show locations. It was way worse when we got it back after that month and a half. I mean never. More

While the used vehicle and test drive were okay, I was disgusted by Sam's racist rant that occurred when I was waiting for the paperwork. If I wasn't in dire need of a vehicle, I would have taken my business and money elsewhere. I only found this site recently while again looking for a car or this would have been posted just after the purchase. I am truly surprised he is still employed at the same dealership as I did speak with the sales manager just after this occurred. Faulty tire on brand new vehicle and cannot get the salesperson or sales manager to call me back after several days. They also don't follow with the Sam's Club Auto pricing. Will give you a million excuses of why that isn't "their" price. Deceptive advertising if you ask me. Before I formally switched for service they ripped my wiper off in the car wash and didn't tell me. I only found out when I went to turn the wipers on and was missing a blade!!! They did replace the blade but I had to spend time to go back. I really gave them every chance to change my mind and it is really unfortunate that they have taken a local dealership and made it so bad. Price what you want from them and then go someplace else to purchase. You'll thank me later. More
