Service dept does great work, but they charge a $140 "diagnostic fee" which is non negotiable and totally unreasonable. I sincerely hope to rewrite this negative review in the very near future and be able to write a raving review. This Mitsubishi dealership needs an energetic 21st Century make over. After researching, I decided, in April, to buy a 2021 Outlander PHEV (plug in-hybrid-electric-vehicle). Napleton had none and would not order one for me. The service department has no mechanic certified to work on plug-in cars. They do not have the proper equipment to service e-cars. So Mitsubishi does not let them sell them. I had to go to Bloomington/Normal to buy my car. It was an excellent experience. Today I was told, at Napleton, that they do not have the equipment ordered and there are no plans to train a mechanic. What? Now . . . I'm puzzled . . . what does that city have that Urbana-Champaign does not have in terms of car consumerism? I want to make Napleton my great place for servicing my car. It is my hope they get with the program. More
