Tyreese Smith was very helpful and knowledgeable to be so new! I changed my mind so many times and he didn't get frustrated. He stayed respectful and patient. And the finance guy Randy got me a lower rate than what I thought I was going to have, which of course means lower payments, so yeah, that was a win! And he was pretty quick. More
