Took my parents Prius in for service. I was pleased with the ease of checking in my vehicle, the friendliness of Matt my advisor. Matt kept me apprised of the different services the Prius needed and they the ease of checking in my vehicle, the friendliness of Matt my advisor. Matt kept me apprised of the different services the Prius needed and they even sent me a text video showing me what the car needed to be up and running safely. I was extremely impressed by the whole process of the service department. I appreciate the time, care and effort that was put into our visit. THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!! worst car buying experience of my life! I thought I would be happy buying my first brand new vehicle - instead I got played and scammed. I wasn't even given the correct vehicle th my life! I thought I would be happy buying my first brand new vehicle - instead I got played and scammed. I wasn't even given the correct vehicle the first time because the sales person didn't pull it right! so we had to go back a second day and spend ANOTHER 4 hours getting it figured out. the pricing was way off from what she told us by the time we FINALLY got to financing. my bluelink was set up incorrectly, and I'm not even getting good responses from the sales person. I had to contact her twice because she had a customer and FORGOT. Even when I tried to talk to the manager, all I got was that "she had personal issues this week". (which is understandable, but a response back goes a long way) He didn't even seem like he was attempting to make it right. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! listen to the bad reviews and avoid my awful situation. They don't seem like they care about their customer's after they leave the lot and aren't worried about repeat customers. They acted all friendly when you first get there and then sh*t goes down hill from there. More
