Went to Napletons last Sat and looked at Venza and RAV4. I had a 2017 Tacoma to trade. Drive Venza and liked it. I kept asking what my truck trade in was worth so I could decide if I could afford the Ve I had a 2017 Tacoma to trade. Drive Venza and liked it. The sales person said I must have car I want picked out and ready to buy before he would give me a price for my car. I told him I liked the Benza but needed to know if I would get enough in trade to buy it. He refused to gove me quote for my car. I left and drove to KC Summers in Matoon and I walked an said I am interested in rav 4 or Venza. I need price on my truck. He gave me keys to test drive a hybrid RAV4 listing for 41,000 and said he would look at car. I can e back he said what he can give me for car and I made purchase and left. Big difference in dealers. It’s not the first issue I have had with Napletons where I bought my Tacoma. They just don’t seem to really give a xxxx if they get your business or not. More

Was giving a “VIP” appointment to look at a car this evening. Called earlier to make sure car was available as it was an hour drive to dealership and didn’t want to make the trip for nothing. First off why have appointments to see a car if you are going to underhand sale it. And second why wasn’t I notified that if was sold. I am so glad I called before.
