First went in a week ago, wasn't remotely ready to buy. Sam came by, said hello, answered a couple questions, gave me his card and let me be. Sam kept to the cars I was interested in, didn't try to fast talk or upsell or put me in something that wasn't for me (I bought a CX-3, never tried to push me to a larger CX-5 or up). from start to finish it was professional, polite, and I had a great experience. Fast forward to financing. Worked with Nick. He explained everything in clear but detailed terms. Again, didn't try to fast talk me into anything. He respected where I wanted to keep my payments, and my loan term. and he was with a little flexibility on both our parts able to get me a protection and service package right in my comfort zone. last car I purchased from another dealer left me feeling taken and hustled. it was a refreshing change this time around.
