Just wanted to give a final xxxx YOU! To this run around joke of a dealership. They will tell you one price and finance you for something outrageous. They treat you like you are garbage and will laugh in yo joke of a dealership. They will tell you one price and finance you for something outrageous. beyond livid yet again hands down this place is a joke. i was told i was paying 1 price for the car so we agreed to buy it.. then i get the loan papers the finance guy failed to give us and he finance almost was told i was paying 1 price for the car so we agreed to buy it.. then i get the loan papers the finance guy failed to give us and he finance almost 23,000 instead of the 15 i was told by Emma... absolutely shady and now i have a car that is not worth what i paid. my husband made sure before signing anything we were only paying 15,000 had we known we were going to get robbed we would have kept my car... these people only car about money. if zero stars were an option. This place is complete trash. Lying to customers to get them in the door. When you get there they will charge you $1695 for “napleton experience” a package you can get at auto zone for $65. Once you agree to buy the car it will take hours because it takes them awhile to figure out how they are going to squeeze every dollar out of you without you knowing. It’s been 8 months and they still haven’t paid off my Dodge Dart that I traded in. And then when your car is broke down or you are having problems the GM JUST SAYS ITS TOO LATE SORRY! Stear Clear!!!i Will take my business elsewhere to get my New Telluride serviced. More

This dealership doesn't appreciate their customers and are not willing to help you find a car that can work for you. I spoke with ed (who also laughed at the situation.... he advised about as much worthless customer services Ben did. I am humiliated and i would never recommend this place. to any BUYER BEWARE. please note if you you still owe on your vehicle and are trying to get a new one they will dismiss you. not to mention they give you less for your car than what its worth.
