Napeltons in Urbana are the best to work with. I went in looking for a new/used vehicle and they were great. Idris was fabulous to work with. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and even talked me of looking for a new/used vehicle and they were great. Idris was fabulous to work with. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and even talked me off the ledge a few times. Gave me all my purchase options, let me test drive multiple vehicles and was very patient. In the end I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas with very low mileage and I absolutely love it. I will always recommend Idris and Napeltons of Urbana!! The car advertised was not in good condition and was not disclosed previously or available in description of vehicle. Stains on all seats were beyond repair. This dealer is not honest and their customer ser disclosed previously or available in description of vehicle. Stains on all seats were beyond repair. This dealer is not honest and their customer service is horrendous. Calls to the dealer do not get answered. My last experience was that the phone was answered but the person that answered continued a conversation she was having with another employee. I could hear a conversation but when I spoke no one ever responded. More

With an expanding family we were needing to upgrade to a new 2021 Sienna. Sam was amazing to get us into what we wanted in the end. He was very friendly and knew his stuff, and if you want to know some of t new 2021 Sienna. Sam was amazing to get us into what we wanted in the end.
