Charles was a great sales rep and so helpful. I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars because of Lance in the Finance department. Horribly pushy and disrespectful in an old-school “car salesman” way. He pushed and pushed and pushed me to buy a Napleton warranty, when my Hyundai still had years and years of an impeccable manufacturer warranty. I did NOT get one, but I had to say no at least seven times, and he ignored me when I asked him to stop pushing. I almost walked out and gave up on the car. This is the last time I buy from Napleton’s and I’m thinking of not getting my car serviced here. Charles was fantastic but Lance really made me hate the experience. More
