You always hear about stressful encounters with a dealership or maybe you have had one, but not at Napleton’s in Urbana. My experience was not stress related at all I told the salesman (Charles) what dealership or maybe you have had one, but not at Napleton’s in Urbana. After finding the one that fit my wants and needs I bought the truck and it’s been a really great experience I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Ben Starks did an amazing job of helping me purchase my new/used car. I am from out of town and I’ll admit starting the process online was weird for me but once we got going everything was outstanding. Whe new/used car.
