I mainly dealt with Jess Collins and Matthew Shanks to get a 2020 Tundra. My overall experience was fantastic! I typically hate dealerships and I know I’m a hard person to please. Horrible EXPIERENCE, sold me a lemon! To start off our salesman Brad McElroy was rude as can be. He would hardly work with us on the price. As soon as we leave the lot problems occur with To start off our salesman Brad McElroy was rude as can be. He would hardly work with us on the price. As soon as we leave the lot problems occur with the vehicle. When we called regarding these issues, Brad said there was nothing they could do about the problems because its not engine or transmission related even though they did not even look at the vehicle to see what the problem was! We had the vehicle looked at by a mechanic and upon further diagnosis of the vehicle, the problem lies within the motor. I've tried getting ahold of the salesman 3 separate times.! I even tried going above Brad and talk to a manager and all they had to say was "You're salesman will call you back when he returns to work the next day." and to this day he will still not return my call regarding these issues. I would HIGHLY not recommend Napelton to any of my friends or family! More
