Matt helped us test drive a few cars and showed us all the features in each one. He obviously knew all the intricate features of each vehicle and was very good at explaining them. Total Disappointment The manager of this place, Scott Nicoll was a total disappointment. He failed to deliver what he promised, SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR FROM A COMPANY LEADER. The manager of this place, Scott Nicoll was a total disappointment. He failed to deliver what he promised, SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR FROM A COMPANY LEADER. I started this process in early December 2019, not having to rush a purchase. Scott strung me along and didn't offer any sort of explanation. I found this place through Car Gurus after another experience six months earlier. This time, this was a total sham. I would never recommend Napleton Automotive and would suggest that Scott be sent to Automotive Training School 101. Note this: I did purchase a 2019 XTS from one of your competitors and the car was delivered to my home in Colorado a few days ago. Improve your customer service skills or stand out of the way of those who could make a difference. More
