Then I ran into Matt Shanks at Napleton Toyota of Urbana who's helped me a great deal. Not only was he friendly but he had an expertise on what he was selling (some of other dealers I ran into were a nonsense) and really worked hard to fulfill my needs - I had a budget in mind which was not enough to buy a car that I wanted (2020 Toyota Rav4) but Matt worked it out for me! Frankly, I do not enjoy talking to salespeople as I often get intimidated, but man, Matt was more of a person that will stand by you and help you best he could to get you what you need. Plus, he was willing to help like the first time I came into the dealership even after I bought a car here. Great service! made my whole experience like a sweet piece of cake. More
