Tim Bridges -Salesman Extraordinaire We were looking for my son's first vehicle. We went to a couple of different places but were not impressed. Napletons was the third on the list. I We were looking for my son's first vehicle. We went to a couple of different places but were not impressed. Napletons was the third on the list. I was a bit nervous because the place is huge. I was fully prepared to be hustled. Before we pulled up, a salesperson was waiting at the door. This made me even more nervous. However, as soon as we entered the place, my nerves were calmed. It was a blustery day so I just chalked the greeting up as an effort to get us quickly out of the cold. Tim offered us hot beverages or water. He sat us down took a moment for us to get our bearings and we just went from there. Tim alleviated ALL of my nerves. I knew immediately there would be no hustle. We showed Tim the vehicle we wanted to see and took it for a test drive. The vehicle was in great shape. It had all the bells and whistles my son wanted. The operational aspect of the vehicle had all the requirements I had. It was a win-win. My next concern was the "finance guy," George Stevens. Everybody knows "that's where they getcha." Nope! George understood this was a first vehicle. He didn't try to "pad the bill." He calmly walked my son through the process. It was an all-around great experience. More

Naplelton's and Jim Clarkson in particular are top notch. Jim went out of his way to work with me and my situation. Trading in my beloved 2010 VW GTI was difficult, but with me taking a new job in an new cli Jim went out of his way to work with me and my situation. Trading in my beloved 2010 VW GTI was difficult, but with me taking a new job in an new climate that makes a GTI...challenging. Plus, owing what I did on a 10 year old car with no warranty didn't make sense. With my stressful move in progress, Jim made everything smooth. I drove away with a 2020 Kia Soul with a great warranty and all the modern standard features. Of course, they wanted to sell me a car...that is what they do. But, Jim helped me solve a challenging life problem at a time when, by all right, shouldn't have been able to. I went in to fix an engine light before driving across country and ended up fixing a key problem in my life. I know my GTI will find a loving home. Thanks again Jim! More
