His laid-back, non-pressure style, his thoroughness, and his efforts to find exactly the perfect vehicle at the right price all contribute to a pleasant experience. Although Idris works in the Volkswagen building, we seek him out when buying any vehicle from the dealership: in this instance, we bought a Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate.
