Honest and Fair! I haven’t written a review before but I was very impressed with Jess Collins and Matt Shanks. Jess told me that he wouldn’t waste my time with haggli I haven’t written a review before but I was very impressed with Jess Collins and Matt Shanks. Jess told me that he wouldn’t waste my time with haggling and hours spent in the dealership and he didn’t. He sold the Highlander for what was a fair price and gave me exactly what I wanted on my trade in under an hour, test drives included. Matt is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. There is absolutely no pressure with Matt. He made the process as quick and easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I had with Matt and Jess! Jenny processed the paperwork for me. Usually a stressful time of the sale for me. Not with Jenny. No high pressure at all with her and a very pleasant person to talk to. More

Good buying experience We went to Napleton Toyota to look at a different car but fell in love with the RAV4. It had the size and features we wanted. Initially they didn't have the color we wanted but quickly discovered a red one with high in features had cone in on the truck that day. They quickly prepared it for us to see. Sam was good to work with. He was helpful and motivated but not pushy. We would recommend him and the dealership. More
