Fantastic Customer Service at Napleton’s AutoPark Idris McPherson and Derrick Helm make quite the sales team. We were treated with nothing but respect and patience as they helped my husband and I get Idris McPherson and Derrick Helm make quite the sales team. We were treated with nothing but respect and patience as they helped my husband and I get into a car that was much more manageable than the Pathfinder we had. They worked the best deal while meeting the criteria we needed to have in a car. We’ve never had better service: they introduced us to the service techs, showed us the car wash, went over all the details of the car and worked with us on our financing. I would recommend anyone to them. We bought a 2018 Volkswagen Golf. I am now a big fan of VW’s and can’t wait to get a Passat or Jetta next. Thank you Idris and Derrick! More

Perhaps the best quality about Idris, from our perspective, is that he listens. Upon speaking with him, you understand that he pays attention to your needs (& dreams) as well as your budget. Idris then works to the mutual goal of meeting those requirements. Today, my expectations were surpassed with the purchase of a VW Tiguan.
