We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, but Sam offered to let our daughter test drive two of the cars. He was warm and gracious. He listened to her likes/dislikes and was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars we discussed with him. We left and returned two days later with more questions and a request to test drive a third car. My niece bragged on her Prius and our daughter wanted to see if she liked it too! She loved it! Sam and Darrin came up with a fair price (much better deal than any of the other dealerships we had visited). Darrin was amazing to work with for financing and she purchased her first new car!
