With Andrew’s assistance, they were able to get me a new car within my budget. They went above and beyond. I’ve never had such a nice experience. Steve also made me feel super confident that I was making the best choice possible for the maintenance of my new car. I see myself coming back when the time comes to purchase a new car. New(used) Car bought quick and easy. I had a great experience when purchasing my recent New/used Passat. I had been looking at a Blue SE and received a phone call from Emma Corley that a I had a great experience when purchasing my recent New/used Passat. I had been looking at a Blue SE and received a phone call from Emma Corley that a Blue SE/Tech was just traded back after 3 days of use and I could get it for a price close to my range even though it was a trim level up. Emma had handled my deisel trade back and everything went smooth with the purchase. I would highly recommend buying from Napletons. More

The manager Umi was a treat as well, handing out useful advice left and right. Look out for post-sale add-ons from the finance guy, as we ended up spending more than we intended, and thought we were paying. Other than that, a great experience. More
