Jess and Chris stayed until I got there with my son and were extremely patient even when all other customers had gone. Chris was patient as I went on and on about what I knew and thought I wanted and very respectfully and kindly walked me through the presentation he needed/wanted to give. He pulled two Camrys, an SE and XLE. After my test drive, he made sure I understood the technical differences. What I appreciated and will remember is that when my son and I were thinking what to choose, he offered his viewpoint based on what he heard me say. I realized right away that it felt just right. Jess wrote up the first offer, I asked for a trade-in and the second price actually matched min own figures within $100 or so. The financing was easy (cash). Chris stayed whi,e my new car wS being detailed and then set up my apple play, etc, made sure I could get to my son’s in the pitch dark. So, I got to Napleton at 4 pm and left by 7 with a new car. Chris was so good. No pounding pressure, but respect and steady moving me along to a decision. Jess was a great overseer of the operation and price negotiation. Even if I had wanted to squeeze a bit more, I did not because I was satisfied I had gotte honesty. I wish everyone would realize that price is a secondary motivator at best. My son now plans to get a car from there sometime this spring.. More

Every single person we worked with repeatedly lied to us, even going so far as to not send the payoff for our trade in thus leaving us with letters and phone calls from the bank AND a late fee. We purchased our vehicle on 10/18, or so we thought, then they called us the next day saying that the paperwork “got messed up” and that if we don’t bring the car back NOW they will call the cops. REMINDER— this was not our error— it was theirs! So we go back on 10/20 (and missed an important wedding that day because of their mess!) to sort the entire mess out. I beg you to PLEASE go to a different dealership— you will regret doing business with Napletons. This has been the worst buying experience of our lives. We won’t even go back to get the oil changed!
