Recommend Jose Barajas to Anyone Visiting Mazda Delaership I had two test drives with two different 2018 Mazda CX-5s. Jose was great in explaining all the features and tried to answer all of my questions or cl I had two test drives with two different 2018 Mazda CX-5s. Jose was great in explaining all the features and tried to answer all of my questions or clear any confusions I had. After my first test drive, I researched online and really wanted the preferred equipment package with the vehicle. None of the vehicles in their website had PEP for the trim I was looking at. Jose was able to find a vehicle in the lot with PEP that wasn't listed in the website. In my second test drive, he further explained all the feature additions. I ended up buying the CX-5 with the preferred package. However, the only reason I am giving a 4 star is because there was a minor blip during the sales process. As we started talking numbers, Jose was extremely responsive in accommodating all of my requests, providing me necessary information regarding dealer invoice and so on. When I quoted my valuation of the car, Jose took it back to his sales manager. The sales manager (who didn't even give me his name) was really aggressive in his attitude while arguing about dealer's holdback and the competitive quote I brought from another dealer. He did not even give us a return quote---a straight NO! I had to send Jose an email 2 days later to give them my final quote which worked out fine. As for financing, Brandon Price made sure the process went smoothly. I had pre-approval from the local credit union. However, their financing department took over the responsibility of paperwork and the whole process went very smoothly. More

Buyer Beware BUYER BEWARE! Don't go on a Saturday afternoon. We appear to have been lied to at every level of the organization. Salesperson either bumblingly or pu BUYER BEWARE! Don't go on a Saturday afternoon. We appear to have been lied to at every level of the organization. Salesperson either bumblingly or purposefully told us the car had Blue Link when it does not. General Manager told us we had two comparable cars to choose from, but that day before we came there were 9 identical Sonata SEs listed on the website. He said they sold all but these two, however, on the following Tuesday, there were still 9 listed on the website. Finance guy told us we had a loan from a bank that only funds best credit people, implying we got a good rate, but after calling the bank, it is 1 percentage point more than the highest percentage they offer. After sale called both the salesperson and sales manager to express concerns and neither returned the call. When finally spoke to sales manager after three days trying, he said he wanted to make me happy and would talk to general manager and get back to me, and never has. More

I had made an appointment and Sam was waiting with the car I wanted to test drive when I got there. We had just started our test drive when he pointed out another car to me he thought I might like. Just by paying attention to my comments he zeroed in on the beautiful car I ended up buying. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions (repeatedly, in some cases). Sam went through every feature in the car until I was confident with all of them, Sam has followed up with me to see if I have any other questions or concerns. Other customers would be lucky to have Sam as their sales representative. I found all employees at Napleton to be extremely friendly and helpful. More
