When changing the transmission fluid and filter in my 99 Solara, the mechanic damaged my oil pan and transmission. (He is no longer with them). Patty saw to it that I had a vehicle to drive (at no charge) over the weekend while waiting for a transmission replacement to arrive from California. I would rate her at a "20" on a scale of 1 to 10!! I ask for Patty EVERY TIME I schedule work on my 2016 RAV4 ! More
