Patient no pressure experience I needed to trade in my 2016 Tahoe to lower my payment due to a change in my personal life. I had a couple of different SUVs I wanted to look at, all I needed to trade in my 2016 Tahoe to lower my payment due to a change in my personal life. I had a couple of different SUVs I wanted to look at, all from different makes. I my wife and I had a great experience with Derrick and j is team at the Volks Wagon dealer so I headed there first to start my buying process. Idris came out and greeted me immediately. I told him that I needed to lower my payment, and I wanted to test drive multiple cars from different dealers. We started with the VWs. Made our way through 3 different Toyota SUV test drives. Then to the Mazda dealer, followed by the Hyundai dealer. In total we test drove 6 different automobiles. The entire time Idris was more than amazing. We started our day together around 230pm and I didn't leave with my new Highlander until after 10pm. Never once did I feel as though he was getting annoyed or frustrated while we went from SUV to SUV. He was unbelievably patient with me. He answered all my questions, and if he didn't have the answer he was able to get it quick. The entire length of my experience I never felt pressured or hurried. Idris made is all about me. After I was done test driving the SUVs, i had it down to 3 of the 6. He took me to the appropriate dealers and we worked out the best price for each model to see which would fit my budget best. I selected the Toyota Highlander and have been ecstatic with it since I left the lot. I want to thank Idris for making a long day feel relaxed. I know I kept him a long time, but never once did he ever hint or make me feel like he was ready to be done. I will recommend you auto mall, especially Idris and Derrick, to anyone I know in the market for a car. I feel I got a great deal on an amazing car which was possible due to your staff and their amazing customer service. I cannot say enough good quality complements about Idris.
