We ultimately went with another dealership for our purchase (entirely based on driving preference and budget) but still enjoyed Joe's professionalism, courtesy, and very pleasant personality. Absolutely no sales pressure what so ever from Joe. He listened to our want list and worked hard to put us in car that met that list. If we are in the need of another new vehicle in the future, we will certainly ask for Joe again. More

Bob Rowe, Taylor and the whole team at Napleton's made the entire car buying process painless, comical and rewarding. I saw the car I wanted for a price of $11,000. Somehow when I went to sign the contract, the price had dropped $1500 without me even trying to haggle the price down. I was fully ready to pay the asking price and I feel that I got a really good car at a really good price. Going in I was nervous, driving out I was saving gas. More
