Napleton's and Arthur Luke - A+++ Experience! My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Napleton's and Arthur Luke has been our salesman for the past few years. We made the mistake of My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Napleton's and Arthur Luke has been our salesman for the past few years. We made the mistake of going to another dealership about four years ago and after we got the vehicle, my husband was in a serious accident only 71 days later. The vehicle was totaled and we discovered that the other dealership had not offered us GAP coverage to pay off the loan. We used our warranty, dealer, and credit life refunds to offset the loan once the insurance company had totaled it, but we ended up having to pay on a car loan for about a year for a vehicle we no longer had. During this time, we only had one income coming in and it was difficult keeping up with the bills as my husband was unable to work. He was finally awarded disability as a result of the traumatic brain injury and PTSD suffered in the accident and we had a great deal of medical expenses to pay off as a result of his injuries. Last year, we contacted Napleton's and Arthur Luke to see if they could do anything for us and they did not disappoint. We were able to get a new Hyundai Elantra. We had explained how the side airbags in our totaled Hyundai Elantra saved my husband's life and shared the photos of the totaled vehicle with him. We have been told that he probably would have been killed if he had driven our convertible that day because it did not have side airbags. Napleton's and Arthur Luke helped us in our time of need and we will not forget it. Recently, we received a call from Arthur Luke to see if we would like to trade in the Elantra for a new one with all the new features, a couple of which help with driving obstructions and would be beneficial to my husband when he is able to drive. Through Arthur's efforts and with the support of Napleton's staff, we were able to get a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra that has almost all of the features of a Hyundai Sonata. We left the dealership after securing the deal feeling quite happy and upbeat about the deal. If you want to work with a dealership and a great salesperson that tells you like it is and doesn't play mind games, please make the trip to Napleton's in Urbana and see Arthur Luke.
