New Vehicle Purchase Ted People's-Business Manager tried to sneak in extended warranty into the payments. When I asked about he said they were included. Since this is not my first vehicle purchase, I knew differently. Not sure if this is a requirement that all dealers do but it is a turn off. Instead, ask the customer if they are interested in finding out about extended warranty. If they answer no then stop. More

over all happy They could have done better on my trade in on my car and told them that but did normal car sales double talk. I was in a situation to where I had to trade 2 cars for one & did not want to get rid of mine. They did help me find something close to mine. More
