He got me a fair price for a great new vehicle which I love. In service, Todd Chewning has been my service associate for a number of years for three different cars and while I now live a 100 miles away, I drive that distance to make sure the car is given the best possible service and Todd has given me only the best advice for keeping my car running in top form. The service staff (Pat Barnes)have been very helpful in maintaining my vehicle. They always explain what is needed and price it out beforehand. Rick and Larry combined to help me get a new car on very short notice before I had to move out of town. Rick was extremely knowledgeable about the various Toyota and Scion models that fell in my price rang short notice before I had to move out of town. After test driving 3 different cars, and then thinking about my decision, I decided to lease a Scion xB. Because of my upcoming move on short notice, there were some paperwork issues with the lease. Here was when Larry Madden, the general manager, stepped in and personally spent several hours on the phone with the regional branch of Toyota in order to get all the problems ironed out in about a day. I got my car in time for the move, and am really enjoying driving the car now. I would definitely recommend Rick and Larry to anyone because of how the dealership made the sales environment friendly, and how they stepped up to the plate to get the details ironed out in the papers. The service department is likely to overcharge you and harass you. They have a nice waiting area but they pay for that by gouging people. They also insisted that I had to get a key with remote entry ($300), but when they were out of stock they gave me a regular key instead ($100). They have been sending me mail and calling my phone fairly regularly even though it has been a year since I was last there. Don't go here if possible. More
