Bianca Bester is the best sales person I’ve dealt with in my whole entire life. She is upbeat and always busy and thinking of the customer first at all times. I went to Bianca Bester who helped me find my perfect car! She was patient, kind and so very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. I was able to drive off the lot that day with my brand new VW Tig car! She was patient, kind and so very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. I was able to drive off the lot that day with my brand new VW Tiguan and she helped me get in and out in record time. I also want to say how amazing the managers are there I worked with Chris, Miles and Idris on what I would be paying and all the amazing features of the car. The finance department was quick and easy and I feel like they did not try and pressure me into any “extra” coverage. It was offered and a simple response kept us moving. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely recommend coming back to Napleton’s and more specifically go see Bianca for your car buying needs. She knows what she’s doing and works extra hard to put you in what you want! More
