Chris, the VW Sales Manager, was the first face we saw when we pulled on the lot. He was very friendly and professional. He also worked with us on the purchase of the Atlas as well as valuing our trade. He explained his processes thoroughly and made us a reasonable offer from the start which helped make it an easy YES for us! Miles, the Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable about the VW brand. He showcased all the features we were looking for in a perfectly curated manner. He was also not pushy at all which also made it a very easy decision to move forward on the purchase. Tyson, the Finance Officer, was efficient and got us in and out quickly. He knew we were pressed on time to get back home and was very respectful of that. He highlighted all the key points needed on documents we needed to sign and was very easy to work with. He was new to his role and I thought he did great! We showed up after work with two small kids (one being an newborn) at home with sitters. The Napleton's team made it extremely easy to get the sale done.
