About 9 months ago, my daughter and son-in-law desperately needed an auto as my son-in-law was hit and his car was totaled.Both of them are deaf so needless to say, for them to maneuver through li desperately needed an auto as my son-in-law was hit and his car was totaled.Both of them are deaf so needless to say, for them to maneuver through life is bad enough; let alone trying to understand all the procedure/process of buying a car. When I called Napleton's and asked Bruce Andree if there might be a car in stock on the lot for purchase; he cordially laughed at me (it was the time nothing was available). However, within 45 minutes, he was back on the phone with me with a perfect, reasonably priced car. I would like to add to that, this Christmas eve during the storm and cold snap, their battery went dead over night while they were at work. (totally because of the very cold weather, not the car) I know very little about the insides of a car, so I called Bruce. He pleasantly guided me on what we should do. His help, his friendliness, his willingness to go beyond was much appreciated. I won't go into all the other things he did while "buying the car",but he was polite, honest, and followed through on all his promises. Thanks, Bruce. More
