The dealership got better after Napleton's bought it from O'Briens. But now it has gone hill severely. They schedule me for 'maintenance' appointments without my knowledge or input. Then harass me when I do O'Briens. But now it has gone hill severely. They schedule me for 'maintenance' appointments without my knowledge or input. Then harass me when I don't confirm or show up. I'm, some how, part of their "Napleton Service Care" plan that I know nothing about. They are now telling me I have to come in for an oil change before the 'free one' expires. I don't need an oil change and wouldn't get it done there anyway. No one at Napleton's can answer my questions about why a car with about 2k miles on it needs service, but it's very important that I bring it in. They just want money, there's nothing needing servicing on my car. They also gave my financer the wrong address so I never got their paperwork (fortunately I did get an email so I set that up online). But since I didn't know it had the wrong address, my paid off title got sent to a house that doesn't exist and now I have to go to the DMV to get a lost title. More
