Update: Thanks to Gabriel Orengo and Jessica Huskisson, my issue is being addressed. Napleton is lucky to have employees like them who go above and beyond to correct an issue. The unfortunate thing is that after emailing Napleton's corporate headquarters, leaving dozens of messages in an unknown number of voicemail inboxes, it took me leaving a review on this website to bring it to the right people's attention.
