I took my wife's car to Napeltons to get the breaks fixed, payed for them and have had to take the car back 4 times. I purchased the car in Bloomington, so I took it back there and they said that the b fixed, payed for them and have had to take the car back 4 times. I purchased the car in Bloomington, so I took it back there and they said that the back breaks and rotor was whorped, (eventhough Napeltons said that they were fixed), and that since Napeltons in Champaign had suppoesdly fix the breaks, I needed to take it back to them. After having making this the 4th time taken it back, I was first told that everything was good, but when I asked why the car shaked, they did another set of test and then came back with what Bloomington had already told us. I have come to realize that Napeltons does not give good quality service because they perform minamal work to your car, then tell you that's its fixed. I had to get a mechanic to ride with me, on my third visit so that he could fill how the car rode. They never test drove the car at all!!! And now, I'm back again for the same issue that I had paid for the first time. I spoke with management on the second visit and he said that they would get it fixed but never did. This time when I took it back, it took them 4 and a half hours to come back and tells us, what we already knew! The service lady came and told us that the manager was going to come out and talk to us, which he never did, then she said that they were going to fix the situation after they ordered the new parts. If it was his wife car, wouldn't he have made sure it was safe to drive? Custer service along with management, sucks at Napeltons and they do not offer good customer relations!!! Be watchful when you have your car serviced there. More
