I have in the past found car buying to be a stressful event. Our experience at Napleton‘s however was nothing but pleasant at every turn. Our salesman met us out in the lot and answered all of our ques event. Our experience at Napleton‘s however was nothing but pleasant at every turn. Our salesman met us out in the lot and answered all of our questions regarding the Highlander and the 4 Runner. Inside their beautiful showroom he showed us additional information and again answered our new questions. It was obvious he knew the differences between all of the models. He was then quick to bring out those that we felt the most interested in. And then left us alone which I much appreciated to take our time deciding on if we were going to make a purchase. We narrowed it down to 2 and again he let us drive both a second time. He was never pushy and after the 4 Runners key was mine, he set up the electronics for me and answered all my questions.
