Lies, and no call backs. ...they gave me 13k for my trade in in which 7800 was supposed to be applied to my new truck ..that never happened. They claim it went towards my warranty which I pay an extra $60 a month towards, and to top that off they couldn't fix the steering in my truck asked me to take it to a dodge dealership, then the warranty department declined and asked me to take it back to napletons..finally they released the warranty and dodge fixed if yet now I owe $200 for a deductible that was explained to me as and extended warranty not a 3rd party... More

So If you’re shopping for a new or used vehicle or you just want to see your trade in value I recommend Felishia Sutton she is so nice and relatable and reasonable and does her best to get you the best deal for what you’re wanting to get and Baha as well he’s in the financing department I believe.
